1. Completion and submission of the application form.
2. Acceptance to stage 2 OR decline which will include a referral to another professional.
3. Marsha will invite you to a 30 minute telephone consultation to discuss your application and growth objectives in more detail.
4. At the end of this consultation, both parties can make informed decisions as to whether to engage or not, discuss terms, availability and start dates if appropriate.
