Is it REALLY over?

The ending of things is often a struggle. This week, I heard numerous weather reports that we are now in spring. Winter is over.

Very often when we think something is ‘over’, it really isn’t . . . at least not yet. So often we give up on our dreams, we give up on ourselves and who we want to be because . . . . well, there are a multitude of reasons. But the vision may not really be gone. The only thing that has ended (maybe for a temporary period of time) is the willingness to put forth the effort to see the dream realized. So, I’ll ask again . . . is it really over?

A group of our community is currently taking advantage of Habits 4 Health and Happiness Support Challenge
where they are getting 30 days of complimentary support to develop a habit that they want in their life. This type of support would typically cost several hundred dollars, but you are invited to sign up at any time without any strings.

I live in Nashville and I can tell you that every March, we have a significant cold spell and often it comes with snow. Now, it may only last a day or two, but the winter coats come out, the scarves and gloves get worn again, the plants stop pushing up out of the ground, and the spring activities go indoors. So, we may be in spring, but that does not mean that winter is over?

What in your life do you think is over? It has ended. It is no more.

Is it REALLY over? SHOULD it be over? Let me encourage you to reconsider long-term decisions you have made based on short term information. Wherever you have walked away from making your life and the lives of those that you love better for . . . . well, whatever reason, may be worth revisiting. And you are worth the reconsideration if you think it will help you to be the person that you desire to be.

Here is to your success,

Marsha
